These guys are absolutely great.  They waited for me when there was a mix-up about a key.  I’d used them before to fix my dryer and knowing how trustworthy they are, I actually left them a key so they could start the repair on my refrigerator without me.   I haven't got the bill yet, but the appliance repair technician volunteered that he was going to talk to his manager about not charging me for a full hour because the refrigerator repair took him only 30 min.  Personally, if I'd been him I'd talk to the manager about charging me double because he was waiting outside for over 45 minutes.

I learned about San Francisco Appliance Repair from my handyman who recommended them when we needed to hook up my new dishwasher.  They were quick, reasonable, and very friendly so I took their contact information for future use.  I recently needed them again because my dryer was taking forever to dry the clothes and again they were quick, reasonable and friendly.  These guys know what there are doing.  If you have a problem, they'll fix your appliances quickly and reasonably.  Without a doubt, for all my appliance repair needs, they will be my first call, every time.

Your customer representative answered right away and set up an appointment for the exact time I requested.  The time was important to me because my schedule is very tight.  Also, they called me 30 minutes before they arrived at my house. The technician was friendly, extremely helpful and very professional.

My Kenmore washer wasn't spinning or draining yet it was repaired within 45 minutes.  And, without an additional charge, the repairman cleaned the lint which was building up into my dryer vent line.

I'd have to say San Francisco Appliance Repair wins my vote.  I'll call them up and no one else next time I have appliance repair needs.

I have used San Francisco Appliance Repair twice now.  (I turned to San Francisco Appliance Repair after another company came and installed the wrong part in my oven and then cancelled a follow-up appointment to come and fix the mess). San Francisco Appliance Repair showed up on time and my oven problem was taking care right away.
The second time they came to our rescue when my ice maker was leaking so badly it was flooding my kitchen. They show up within 45 minutes and fixed the leak within 20 minutes. They didn't even charge me extra for the emergency call. 

I will definitely turn to them again!

In simple words, superb service!

I was nervous about calling an appliance repair company without a personal recommendation, but almost every repair company had failed us by not returning our calls, not showing up, etc. So I googled for a dryer repair company and found San Francisco Appliance Repair online.  Then, I was surprised to see their van outside -- a neighbor had San Francisco Appliance Repair out that evening to fix his gas oven.  I was able to speak with the technician and get a quote. It was reasonable.

That's the background, here's the review of my experience with them: these guys rock (to quote my four year-old). Having given me a quote at 5pm on Monday, they still were able to book my repair appointment for lunchtime for the next day. And they showed up at the exact time. I've never had that kind of service with any other company.  And, they answered my calls every time, no matter what time it was. Their customer service is excellent. 

They did everything we wanted for exactly the quoted price. And they even threw in some extras. They were polite, clean, and professional. Basically, everything you DON'T expect of appliance repair technician.
